Can I request a custom card or quilt?
Absolutely! Handmade cards and quilts are a lovely way to show you care and I would love working with you to create that special gift!
Turnaround time for custom cards is 2-3 business days. Quilts are 3-8 weeks or more depending on complexity, fabric availability and time to complete.
I ordered multiple items, is my shipping correct?
I have worked hard to get shipping rates as accurate as possible. Etsy automatically calculates shipping for your entire purchase. Multiple items are an additional 10 cents per item. Your shipping cost for multiple items is based on weight, additional item charge per item, and a small fee for shipping materials for your package to arrive safely.
Excess shipping overages over $1.00 are refunded.
Why 2 hours to cancel my order?
Most items are made and ready to ship and could actually be mailed within 2 hours depending on when I leave for the post-office. This, of course, is not always the case. All orders can be canceled (excluding personalized/special request orders) anytime before they are actually shipped. If for some reason, you need to cancel your order just send a quick message through Etsy, and I will let you know of the status of your order.
